The materials supplied are analytical reference standards intended solely for laboratory research. They are not drugs, not foods, and not cosmetics. They have not been approved by the FDA or any comparable authority for any use in humans or animals.

By placing an order you represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are acquiring these materials for laboratory research purposes only.
3. You will not administer these materials to humans or animals, and will not resupply them to any party who intends to do so.
4. You are qualified, or are supervised by someone qualified, to handle laboratory chemicals safely, and you accept responsibility for their safe handling, storage, and disposal.
5. You will comply with all applicable laws governing the possession, use, and disposal of these materials in your jurisdiction.

We do not provide guidance on the use of these materials in any living system, and we do not supply reconstitution or administration supplies. Requests for such guidance will not be answered.

Title and risk of loss pass on delivery to the carrier. Materials are supplied without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose beyond conformance to the certificate of analysis for the lot supplied.
